Sappho Speaks: It’s Almost Time for Another Erotica Story

What Would Sappho Say?

Lectori Salutem! or L.S. (Greetings to the Reader!)

As I promised when I started this blog as incentive to stayed tuned in, I’ll be posting lesbian erotica every 6 weeks or so and that time frame is about to expire since the last posting. I think I have figured out a way to keep the stories posted within the blog from the first day of the post so that those who missed the original posting can go back and relive the stories they missed. These first narritives are much more story-driven than sex-driven so don’t let the name give you the wrong idea – this is by no means pornographic or sex for sex’s sake. While the stories get more descriptive as they go along, they will always be written with my style and sense of propriety and therefore will have a tone to them that is set apart from other writers. That is not to say these stories do not get hot and heavy... they do!!! My dip into the ocean of erotic writing is like anyone else’s first time in an unfamiliar seaslow and steady and once you have tested the waters and feel a bit safe, anything can happen.

Let’s get back to the nuts and bolts of how the availablility of the stories will work on the website. So, the first story, House of Cards will be embedded into the blog The Music Of Duets on Thursday, January 7th, 2010 and the new lesbian erotica story, Sunday Comes Too Soon will be embedded in the text for the blog on that day. On Thursday, January 7th, 2010, the website will have it’s own special spot for downloading the pdf file (cross your fingers) for a period of one week, coming with an adult content warning to note that the rest of the blog in general needs no such warning. This is significant as I do not want to be labeled a pornography website and be forced to add the warning before anyone even views any part of the content of my blog.

These stories start from the tamest and will get sexier as we go along. The new story is for all you lesbian moms out there still kicking it romantically with your partners and the fantasies you can make on those days when you come first every 6 months or so ☺ for a night just between the two of you. I know the nights you can call all your own make for a better family life and example to your children of what true love and passion is all about as it is reflected in the looks and stolen kisses that pass between you. By displaying these moments in front of the children, it makes them feel safe in the knowledge that they are in a loving environment with two people who care deeply for each other, enough to make each other an integral part of the equation that revolves around family.

I know that the mirror that was reflected to me my whole life gave me a foundation for what I find acceptable in what I deserve in a relationship, what love really is, what family means and how parents who love each other is the cornerstone to a happy family.

More will be revealed on Thursday, January 7th, 2010. I hope you like it. Feedback would be greatly appreciated it. Here’s a preview:

“I take us for a little drive before we go straight back to the hotel. Even though that's where I want you so badly to be, I have learned a little bit about this delayed gratification from you over the years and my drive out of the downtown area is not without its perks. As my hand lies across your lap in between shifts, I get my first chance of the evening to slide it up your thigh and graze the outline of your garters, picking each one open as we fly down the parkway. You look at me with a sly smile but I can feel your pulse race as I move my hand from thigh to neck and run my fingernails up and down your hairline, pausing at the carotid artery to make sure I am taking you on the same journey. Your pulse gives me all the answers I need to know so we jump onto Memorial Drive and head through the dense part of the street where foliage abounds.”

SO... that’s a bit of it anyhow. It will be up in it’s totality in some form on Thursday (I’ll figure out something or we will just use the same way as last time). With giving you that snippet it has made this a hefty blog in and of itself so I better stop here for today. Thank you for your time.

Much Love.

Inspired by Sappho’s Muse.

MUSIC OF THE DAY
I don’t know what happened today but I was in an 80’s sort of mood today and the picks will take you back to an era of colored hair, ecstasy, and music video rooms in bars. Straight people invaded gay bars and not all of them tolerated us in our own clubs! I remember many a fight between my manly butch, gay male friend and fraternity brothers that made the mistake of complaining about all the fags in the club to him because they thought he was straight too. He always kicked their asses too. ON WITH THE SHOW! The first song is Depeche Mode’s Blasphemous Rumors. Loved this song!!!! The second song was a much harder pick but I’ll just went for it – Girlfriend In A Coma by The Smiths was and is an all time classic. The 80’s remains ripe for the picking and I will be revisiting the era time and time again but this is a good start.

QUOTE OF THE DAY
Be yourself. Above all, let who you are, what you are, what you believe, shine through every sentence you write, every piece you finish.
John Jakes

If you do not breathe through writing, if you do not cry out in writing, or sing in writing, then don't write, because our culture has no use for it.

Thanks for your comments today. No need for a Sapphic love poem, your thoughts are much more useful to me. :)
