Sappho Speaks: The Leaning of Some Towards Gay Male Porn

I know, I know, not you, right? Ok, so I am not talking about you particularly, but I do know that Sappho has indulged in watching Zeus and Apollo go at it like the Greek gods they are and so do plenty of my lesbian brethren. Over the years, it has been amazing the number of women that have come out of the woodwork as prospectors of man on man action in their sexual lives.
It’s true. In the privacy of their own bedrooms, lesbians are watching gay male porn videos, surfing gay male porn websites, and looking at their magazines. I remember early on when as Sappho's Muse I first watched these movies with a male friend and became aroused, I was sure I was the isolated case and it confused the hell out of me. Thank Sappho I have a big mouth and was willing to share my story soon after that and found I was not so alone. I still had big questions.

Sappho Speaks: Thanks To My Readers, We’re Almost Home!!

I have to say first and foremost, I never in a million years, ok maybe ten years, thought I would get anywhere near enough votes to make a dent in the Lezzy Awards I brought to your attention in the last few weeks. I am in awe of my magnificent readers for caring enough to get on the internet and taking the time to vote for me at least once and I imagine in many cases more than once as my following has not grown to such proportions that would warrant any recognition in these awards. So, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!
The great news is that your efforts have gotten me into the finals for Best New Blog. The bad news is that I thought your efforts in voting last week were all that were necessary and I would not have to come back and ask for more of your time and assistance, but it looks like that is exactly what I am doing and now, the competition is stiffer than ever as the choices have been narrowed and I am up against blogs who have been established for longer than my mere 3 months time.
If you take a look at the topics from the fun (Is The Such A Thing As A True Bisexual?, Leave Your Egos At The Door And Man Up, Has The Term Lipstick Lesbian Lost Its Luster?) to the political (OUTRAGE: The Outing Of Hypocrite Politicians, She Won! She Won! Annise Parker is first Gay Mayor of a Major Metropolitan City!, Aid To Haiti, The State Of Hate In The World Today) to the erotica found all under one page now at It's Erotica Time Again! and finally the all around rant if you will, rant if you won't category of my thoughts, theories, social and scientific studies over the years, as well as anything I may make up that I find some tangential proof that meets my needs at the time such as Social Chameleons: Friend or Foe, The Third Sex, or The 5 Minute Online Dating Weed Out Exam.
There could be an upside to this as well. There is always the possibility that readers who have yet to read all three nominated blogs in my BEST NEW BLOG category might actually be impartial enough to check out my work above prior to casting their vote. If given the chance by readers, I think my blog’s chances rise considerably amongst the competition.
Again, I must ask for your help and assistance in getting me to the next level in publicizing my work. The voting starts today at 12 Noon EST and you can vote once for every email address (of course that email address is a different person, of that I am sure. Oh wait, I think I have something in my eye). You will be voting at The Lesbian Lifestyle as before by clicking on the VOTE icon and then choosing What Would Sappho Say as BEST NEW BLOG every 24 hours from now until March 1st when the winners will be announced with a Podcast. Remember you have to enter your email address and validate your vote with a confirmation email. For those of you on Facebook that have not yet become a fan of the site’s page, just look up What Would Sappho Say and click Become A Fan. There are discussions, pictures and more information given at that page than on the website and I would love to have you join the page.
